Farmhouse Ministries

Meaningful Work. Unforgettable Experiences.

Our Mission

At Farmhouse Ministries we know that sometimes everyone needs a little support. Since our founding, we've been determined to make an impact. The core of our efforts is to bring our team’s fresh ideas and passion to the range of activities we are involved in. Through all our endeavors we hope to display the conviction behind our beliefs.

We aim to be more than just a food bank.

Our goal is to be a valuable resource to those in need. Those often "forgotten". Although we are available to help anyone, our main focus is those who are barely making it but don't qualify for any type of public assistance.

We aim to provide food, personal hygiene items, basic household cleaning supplies, etc. You know, those little things that really add up over time.

Depending on funding, we would like to be able to provide assistance with utilities to those that qualify.

Farmhouse Ministries is a Public Charity under IRS 501(c)3. This means that any contribution is tax deductible. Every bit helps.

A message from the Founder;
President/CEO Robin Kuchenbecker:

Hello everyone,

I would like to give a bit of a back story, so you all know where we got our start.

My husband, Mike Zumpano, got hurt in October of 2020. Well, we were just BARELY starting to get all the credit cards paid off and starting to be able to live without worrying about how we were going to pay for food. We didn't qualify for anything. We were struggling while waiting for worker's compensation or unemployment to kick in. If we didn't live with my mom we would have probably lost our place to live. It was bad. Yet, we didn't qualify for anything.

There was no way I could afford to pay for child care and have someone to stay with Mike while he recovered. I was able to work remotely for quite a while. But I eventually had to go back.

It was during these moments that I realized, there is no help for the "middle class". We were able to go to food banks but that was pretty much it. So, I decided I wanted to start a nonprofit to help people in the same type of situations as us.

So many of us live paycheck to paycheck and yet have no where to turn in case of emergency.

Well, now you do.
